Theoretically, ordinary graphite heater element can generate the heat over 1800¡Éand hold accuracy at high temperature because of low thermal expansion coefficient (4¡¿10-6/¡É), good workability in order to make the element in any shape and size. However, graphite has the temperature limit which must be proceed under 450¡É in atmosphere condition and brittleness of impact which is lower other metals.

Nevertheless, Our patented technology CVR(CHEMICAL VAPOR REACTION) process can produce SiC coating graphite which has oxidation proof at high temperature up to 800¡É in atmosphere or active condition and up to 2500¡É in vacuum or inert gas condition. SiC coating graphite also reduce degassing and enhance mechanical endurance and impact resistance.

In short, SiC coating graphite heater can generate heat over 1700¡É in active gas condition and high temperature vacuum condition, reduce degassing and has a long life durability.
